WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY?

Our maximum capacity is 56 guests. Please contact us for more details if you are hoping to accommodate more guests.

DO YOU ALLOW VIEWINGS OF THE SPACE BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE RESERVATION PROCESS?

Yes, space oneTEN is available by appointment Tuesday - Thursday, subject to availability. If you are interested in viewing the space, please email us at hello@spaceoneten.com at least 48 hours in advance and someone will get back to you to confirm the viewing appointment.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO FORMALLY BOOK A DATE?

Please fill in the requested information on the "Reserve" page in order to request a date. From there, we will confirm availability and complete a rental agreement and payment for the rental. Kindly note that a $250+ damage deposit is requested depending on the guest count.

WHERE CAN MY GUESTS PARK?

We have three designated parking spaces behind the building and ample street parking within steps of the building for all of your guests.

DO YOU ALLOW DJs OR BANDS?

We only allow a DJ or band if you rent the additional outdoor space (please inquire for fee). space oneTEN by itself cannot accommodate a DJ or band.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY CORDS FOR THE SOUND SYSTEM?

Our indoor sound system can be connected via record player or Bluetooth. Our outdoor sound system connects via Bluetooth only.

ARE CANDLES ALLOWED AS PART OF THE DECOR?

No, kindly note that candles are not permitted.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN PLACE SETTINGS?

We have service ware available for 56 guests and a luxurious set of entertainment service ware ready for your use! Please find a comprehensive list under our "Amenities" page.

CAN I BRING IN ADDITIONAL FURNITURE?

No, kindly note we do not allow any additional furniture to be brought into space oneTEN. Of course small accessories, decorations, etc. are allowed, and we also welcome bar carts to be brought in for the outdoor patio.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

No, kindly note that pets are not permitted at space oneTEN.

HOW MANY RESTROOMS ARE AVAILABLE?

space oneTEN has one powder room along with a full restroom in the luxury dressing room.

WHAT KIND OF NATURAL LIGHTING IS THERE FOR PHOTO SHOOTS?

space oneTEN has filtered west-facing light, which is perfect for photo shoots and commercials!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do not accept cancellations at space oneTEN.

IS AN ICE MAKER ON SITE?

Yes, we have an ice machine that supplies 33lbs of ice.

DO WE HAVE TABLE LINENS?

We provide linen napkins, all other linens need to be brought in. Our tables don't have to be covered, but you are more then welcome to cover them if you would like.
