Yes, space oneTEN is available by appointment Tuesday - Thursday, subject to availability. If you are interested in viewing the space, please email us at hello@spaceoneten.com at least 48 hours in advance and someone will get back to you to confirm the viewing appointment.

We have three designated parking spaces behind the building and ample street parking within steps of the building for all of your guests.

Yes, we have a 2 ice machines. The kitchen ice machine supplies 33lbs of ice and then continues to make ice. The bar ice maker is a pebble style ice maker and makes 20lbs of ice.

We provide linen napkins, all other linens need to be brought in. Our tables don't have to be covered, but you are more then welcome to cover them if you would like.

We have 3 outdoor tables that measure 13 feet long and 39" wide.We have 1 indoor table that measures 13 feet long and 40" wide.Our kitchen island is 8'3" long and 3' wide.

Our outdoor swing measures 105 inches tall and the top beam measures 130 inches wide.

The bar is approximately 72" wide and 40" deep. The back bar measures 24" deep and 144" long.

The bar area has 75 martini glasses, 75 short cocktail glasses, an assortment of bar tools (shakers, stirrers, etc), a pebble ice maker, beverage fridge, serving trays and much more.
